Descripción
It is a biological reagent used as a boronate-assisted fluorogenic chemosensor. It is evaluated for pharmacological activity as fatty acid amide hydrolase inhibitors. It is a reactant involved in coupling with potassium cyanate, quinones, or fluorous tagged N-hydroxyphthalimide and direct C-H arylation of electron-deficient heterocycles.

AplicacionesEs un reactivo biológico utilizado como quimiosensor fluorogénico asistido por boronato. Se emplea para evaluar la actividad farmacológica como inhibidor de la amida hidrolasa de ácidos grasos. Es un reactivo implicado en el acoplamiento con cianato de potasio, quinonas, o N-hidroxictalimida marcada por fluorosa y la arilación directa de C-H de heterociclos con deficiencia de electrones.
