Descripción
Catechol Violet is used as a complexometric indicator dye. It inhibits the synthesis of globin in reticulocyte lysates. It is also used as a pH indicator with a transition interval from 0 to 8.

AplicacionesEl violeta catecol se utiliza como colorante indicador complexométrico. Inhibe la síntesis de globina en los lisados de los reticulocitos. También se utiliza como indicador de pH con un intervalo de transición de 0 a 8.
Solubilidad
Soluble en agua, etilenglicol, éter monometilo y etanol.
