Descripción

Las tinciones de gel de proteína SYPRO son tinciones fluorescentes sensibles y fáciles de usar para proteínas totales separadas por electroforesis en gel de poliacrilamida (PAGE). Las proteínas teñidas se pueden ver con un transiluminador de luz azul o UV estándar o con un equipo de adquisición de imágenes que contenga los filtros o láseres adecuados. Las tinciones de gel de proteína SYPRO ofrecen muchas ventajas sobre la tinción azul y de plata de Coomassie, incluido un protocolo de tinción rápido en un solo paso que no requiere decoloración, un rango dinámico lineal a lo largo de tres órdenes de magnitud y muy poca variación entre proteínas en la tinción.
