Description
- Incorporate a PTFE-seal press-fitted into 316 stainless-steel housing for leak-resistant connection with minimal disturbance to the fluid path
- Allow repeated connect/disconnect without sealing-face deterioration
- Gripper fittings do not compress the tubing if over-tightened, and do not twist the tubing during connection
- Pressure rated to 1000 psi (68 bar)
To Use
- Trim tubing to a point and slide on Tube End fitting
- Add the Gripper fitting to tubing, ensuring the PTFE seal faces the pointed tubing end
- Using pliers, pull tubing through Gripper fitting until PTFE seal has reached the uncut portion
- Rotate Gripper fitting around tubing to seat; trim excess tubing off
